Minimizing Injury and Enhancing Performance with P-DTR and Sports Massage

While traditional treatment approaches for athletes such as deep tissue & friction massage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy remain a staple in sports injury tissue treatment, the single, most effective therapy for sports enthusiasts is P-DTR, which offers much faster and longer lasting results and resets the body's pain sensors.

It can prevent injuries from becoming chronic and causing dysfunctions that are detrimental to athletic performance. P-DTR can enhance athletic performance by providing the body with a full range of motion.

Sports therapy is especially helpful for athletes who battle recurring injuries and injuries from sports that involve repetitive motion, such as golf, tennis, or weightlifting. Muscle testing will indicate which muscles are turned off when neuromuscular dysfunction inhibits performance or movement.  P-DTR will turn the muscles back on to full function and allow full range of motion and optimum performance.
